Paul L. Peters, DC, DACBSP
Dr. Peters and his wife Kim were raised on farms near Mallard, Iowa and began their educations at Mankato State University. Dr. Peters received his Doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. Dr. Peters has extensive training and experience in the areas of sports, general practice, personal injuries and wellness. The family enjoys a relationship with Christ, sports, hunting, fishing, vacationing and nature in general.
Dr. Peters has been in practice for 30 years in Madrid. He has served the community as both a Chiropractor and a primary care provider. His passion is Chiropractic, caring for and helping people to add "life" to their years.
Besides working daily in his "Family" practice one of his greatest professional accomplishments was becoming a Diplomate American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physician. This along with his extensive sports care/coverage experience and his 2 week rotation at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, has opened doors to working with collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.
Brett A. Mathes, DC, CCSP
Dr. Brett Mathes is originally from Madrid, IA and recently graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, IA. While in school he obtained certification in McKenzie Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Activator Adjusting Methods, as well as working with Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques. He also earned a certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician.
Dr. Brett lives in Madrid and enjoys spending his spare time working out and staying active while being involved within his community. You may find him on the High Trestle Trail or in town walking his dog, Gus.
He enjoys working with the wonderful team members at Global Wellness Chiropractic Clinics as well as helping people benefit and understand chiropractic to a level that they will recommend their family and friends for consistent chiropractic care.
