Cash Paying Patients

Global Wellness Medical Clinic offers a 40% discount when services are paid in full at the time of the appointment. If a cash paying patient is unable to make payment for services in full at the time of their appointment, this will need to be communicated to a member of the Global Wellness team and a payment plan will be arranged between the patient and Global Wellness Clinic.

Children

The policy of this clinic is for coinsurances/ copayment to be made in full at the time of services. If your child is coming in alone for an appointment, please send payment with your child or provide a credit card to be kept on file. Your child must have a consent form signed if under 18 years of age to be seen without an adult.

Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance company, and it is your responsibility to know the limits and benefits.
