Dr. Peters is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physician (DACBSP). He has treated complicated cases from throughout the Midwest including high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes. Most of his work has been as a team physician with Madrid High School from 1990 to present. 

Dr. Peters' expertise in the area of sports injuries created the necessity to develop an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Peters has had extensive post-graduate work, lectured at seminars, and participated in panel discussions in the field of sports injuries. He has had the opportunity to experience the Olympic training center in Chula Vista, CA, and work with world class triathletes and other professional athletes. Dr. Peters has also had the opportunity to work at the USA Track and Field, Drake Relays, and Dew Tour.
